❤️🩸 Small acts of kindness can make a BIG impact!

Thomas Magnet School was proud to host an American Red Cross blood drive, collecting 23 units of blood—enough to potentially save 69 lives! ❤️

A special thank-you to our Beta Club students for helping make this event a success! While our students may not be old enough to donate blood just yet, they are witnessing firsthand the incredible impact the adults in their lives can have on the world around them. 🌎❤️

Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and helped make a difference!

💛 October is Bullying Prevention Month! 💛

Yesterday, our students attended an assembly presented by Mental Health America to learn about bullying prevention and the importance of kindness, respect, and standing up for others.

We also wore yellow for Golden Rule Day to remind us to treat others the way we want to be treated! 💛

Together, we can make Thomas a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and included! 🐯

🍕📚 A Little Slice of Learning!📚🍕

Students in Ms. Stacey Jefferson’s class at Thomas Magnet School recently got a slice of learning with a visit to the Main Idea Pizza Cafe! 👩‍🍳📖

Through fun, hands-on stations, #students practiced identifying the main idea by sorting pizza slices, reading pizza themed poetry, exploring paired passages and so much more! 🧠🍕

Learning was on the menu, and these students served up some fantastic literacy practice! 🍕👏
